Spicy Smoky S'mores Bars

- 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted, plus more, softened, for pan
- 18 plain graham crackers (about 2 packages)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle pepper powder, optional
- 3 1/2 cups mini-marshmallows
Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, extract, food color and egg until soft dough forms. Stir in creme de menthe baking chips and chocolate chunks.
- Using small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Serve warm or cool completely. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

- 1/2 c. dried cherries

- 1/4 cup best quality cocoa
- 4 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup white sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup apple compote or applesauce
