- 2 tblsp. Cornstarch
- 2 tblsp. Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Soda
- 1/4 salt
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tblsp.lemon juice
- 2 tblsp.vinegar
- 1 tblsp.oil
- 1 tblsp.catsup1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Dash pepper
- Peel of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tblsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tblsp. Water
Butter Toffee With toasted Almonds

- 1 1/4 cups butter, divided
- 35 saltine crackers
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cups chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups sliced, toasted, almonds
Pina Colada Cake

Pina Colada Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
- Pina Colada Cake
- 1 can (15oz) cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
- 1 package rich butter or vanilla cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
- 1 Package (3.5oz) vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon Malibu Rum
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs, room temp
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in Juice, drained
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened grated coconut
- Coconut-Cream Frosting
- 2 (3oz) cream cheese, room temp
- 1 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon cream of coconut syrup

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup molasses
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ground cloves

- 6 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup wheat germ or bran
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup raisins or other dried fruits
- 1/2 cup oil ( I use peanut oil, or even better coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon

- 3 lemons,zest and juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs

- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1 cup light syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted
- 1/2 cup boiled cider
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice*
- No Apple Pie Spice? Substitute 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or allspice

- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 tblsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp bkg powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp bkg soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups cheese
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 1 tblsp minced canned chipolte in adobo
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tblsp cream for glaze
Fool Proof Bread

Add flour mixture to the top of yeast
- Add :
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 T. yeast
- Let sit until foamy.
- 1.8 pounds or 6-7 1/2 cups flour-white or wheat
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. dough enhancer
- scant 1/2 cup potato flakes
- 3.2 T. powdered milk (buttermilk powder can be used)
- Mix. Place in a pitcher:
- 2 T. plus 2 tsp. oil
- 2 1/2 T. honey
- 2 eggs
