Beef burgundy stew

Blend soy sauce with the flour in a baking dish
- 2 tblsp soy sauce
- 2 tblsp flour
- 2 lb stew meat
- 4 carrots
- 2 large onions
- 1 sliced celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup mushrooms, quartered
Sandwich Bread (2 Loaves)

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 5-1/2 cups flour
- 2 tblsp agave syrup (or any other sweetener)
- 2 tblsp butter
- 1 slightly heaping tblsp yeast
- 1 slightly scant tblsp salt

- Dough
- 6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter, to be divided
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk, warmed (but not over 116 degrees)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (from 1 .25-ounce or 7 gram envelope yeast)
- 3 1/2 cups (440 grams) all-purpose flour, plus extra for rolling out
- 1/4 cup (packed) (50 grams) light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (6 grams) table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2/3 cups (160 grams) pumpkin puree, canned or homemade
- 1 large egg
- Oil for coating rising bowl

- 3/4 cup (packed, 145 grams) light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 2 teaspoons (5 grams) ground cinnamon
- Glaze
- 4 ounces (115 grams) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) milk or buttermilk
- 2 cups (240 grams) powdered sugar, sifted
- Few drops vanilla extract (optional)
Vanilla Sour Cream Cake

Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and add sugar, then add the vanillas and eggs one at a time till fluffy

- 1 tblsp vanilla
- 1 tsp vanilla beans
- 3-1/2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp bkg powder
- 1/2 tsp bkg soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Lemon Cream Chicken

- 1/2 cup plus 1 T. flour divided (mostly optional)
- 1/2 t. salt (optional)
- 1/2 t. pepper (optional)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 c. butter (mostly optional)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 cup whipping cream, divided
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
Maple Scones

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 sticks chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 egg

- Sauce:
- 2 cups, or more flour
- 1 cup hot water
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped pancetta
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 16 basil leaves
- 2 tsp fesh oregano
- 1/2 cup parmesan
