Ramseys Pear Saffron Chutney

Saute onions in olive oil until translucent
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- salt & pepper
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of saffron
- 4 pears peeled and chopped
- 2 apples peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
- 1 orange -Zest and Juice
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped

This recipe is from a health spa and has no white four or fat or sugar, and yet it is delicious
- 12 oz pitted prunes
- 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry, or mixture with AP
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp ea bkg powder and cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp bkg soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup banana chips, opt
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- 2 12 oz. Packages frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 tblsp. Minute tapioca
- 1/2 tsp. Almond extract
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 cup 100% knudsun black cherry juice
- 1 oz. Cherry flavored brandy
- 2 tblp. Butter

- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lb. Burger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can olives
- 1 can sliced tomatoes
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 can corn
- 1 tsp. Oregano
Poblano chicken or turkey chowder

Sauté the veg in the butter and then add the flour and cook for at least one minute
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 large carrots, diced
- 1 large chopped onion
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/8 cup minced garlic
- 2 roasted peeled seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tblsp bouillon
- 3 quarts broth
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 3 cups chopped chicken or turkey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1 cup cream or evaporate milk

- 9 oz. chopped milk chocolate
