Line cookie sheet w/ foil; place in oven
- CHICKEN:
- 3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg white
- t tsp. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- SAUCE:
- 1/2 c. chx broth
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. honey
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ketchup
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 green onions, cut into 1/2" pcs., including tops
Pork Tenderloin w/ Red Pepper Sauce

Saute onion in olive oil in a large skillet till soft and lightly browned
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 c. roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 pkt. Hidden Valley ranch seasoning/ dressing mix
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1lb each), cooked & sliced

Lemon Blueberry Trifle

Cut pound cake into 1" cubes; place in large colander bowl
- 1 frozen prepared pound cake
- 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (8oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (8oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2 pkgs. (3.4oz ea) lemon instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 square (1 oz. white choc. for baking)
That's Italian Meat Loaf

Reserve 1/3 c. tomato sauce; refrigerate
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/3 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. shredded Asiago cheese

In a 3 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients
- 2 cans (14oz ea.) water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped
- 2 c. shredded mozarella
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. shredded swiss
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
Easy Crab Pie

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease pie plate or 10" quiche dish
- 4 oz. crabmeat, shell and cartilage removed, flaked
- 1 1/2 oz. sliced cooked asparagus or 1 can peas
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parm cheese
- black pepper
- 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, chilled
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
