Grease a 13x9 baking pan and spread pecans and maple syrup evenly over bottom
- 1 c. coarse chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. quick-rise dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 6 tbsp. soft butter, divided
- 1 egg, room temp
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar, divided
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Garlic Tequila Shrimp Skewers

- 1/2 c. tequila
- juice of 1 lime
- s&p
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. paprika

Chicken Swiss Bundles

In a large skillet, saute onion and mushrooms in butter till tender
- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 c. cubed cooked chx breast
- 1/2 c. chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp. honey mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 12 frozen bread dough dinner rolls, thawed
- 2 tbps. butter, melted

- 1 pkg. (18 1/4oz) choc. cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. veggie oil or melted butter
- 2 tbsp. instant espresso powder
- 2 tbsp. brandy (optional)
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- 1 1/2 - 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. coffee flavored liqueur
- 1 tbsp. unsweet cocoa powder
