Rump Roast

Poke holes in roast with large fork, salt and pepper, then cover in flour
- 3 lb Rump Roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
- 1 Tbsp Flour
Fruit Tea Punch

If you want a stronger punch, don’t add as much water
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups strong tea (4 tea bags – soak for 5 minutes)
- 2 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 2 cups Pineapple juice
- 1 liter Ginger ale
Broccoli Salad

combine sauce ingredients and pour over salad ingredients
- Broccoli crowns
- raisins
- sunflower seeds
- sliced almonds
- Halved grapes
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- Should test sweet, not bitter.
- Make enough sauce in those increments to cover ingredients.
Spicy Pork Parmesan Cutlets

Preheat oven to 450°. Cut pork crosswise into 12 (1-inch) pieces
- 1 pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 3/4 tsp salt, divided
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil, divided
- Cooking Spray
- 1 cup vertically sliced onion
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 cup tomato-and basil pasta sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Lava Flow

Blend the 2 rums and the strawberries in a blender to form a smooth paste
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 2 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 full cup of ice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Texas Oven-Roasted Beef Brisket

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 4 pounds beef brisket, trimmed
- 1 1/2 cups beef stock
MINT FUDGE PIE

Heat oven to 350°. Unroll pie crust on lightly floured surface
- 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 1 (19.8 oz) Family Size Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Mint Extract
- 1 Pkg. snack-sized York Peppermint Patties (12)
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Mint for garnish
Thai Grilled Beef

Slice beef as thin as possible against the grain
- 1 lb. Beef Sirloin or Flank Steak
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Chile Paste
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Sauteed Chicken in Mustard & Herb Sauce
