Sweet Spiced Nuts

- 2/3 cup sugar
- Kosher slat
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans (roasted)
Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 head green cabbage, quartered through the core
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- course salt and ground pepper
Grilled Oriental Steak

Place meat in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Beef Top Sirloin, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice from concentrate
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
Cauliflower Soup

In a medium pot, add water, chicken, chopped carrots, celery, onion and cauliflower
- 4 cups water
- 3 chicken legs (I used chicken bullion)
- 1 stick celery (I used 2)
- 2 carrots
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 medium potatoes (try less)
- 1/4 onion
- 1 Tbsp low-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
PUMPKIN COOKIES WITH BROWN BUTTER ICING

Preheat oven to 375°. Line baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside
- 2 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 11 oz (2 3/4 sticks) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 1/4 c. Light Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 c. canned solid-pack pumpkin (14 ounces)
- 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp Evaporated Milk, plus more if needed
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 c. Confectioner’s Sugar, sifted
MeMaw's Pancakes

Combine ingredients. Allow to sit for 5 minutes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Chinese Pepper Pork (or steak)

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 beef boullion cube
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
Sauteed Sole with Lemon

Combine flour, slat, and pepper in a shallow bowl
- 1/2 cup flour, preferably Wondra
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 gray sole filets (6 oz each)
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sliced almond
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon (juice and zest, finely chopped)
Korean Kabobs

Cut each tenderloin into 1 to 2 inch chunks
- 2 Whole Pork Tenderloins
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sliced Green Onion
- 4 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 Bell Pepper cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 Pineapple cut into 1-inch squares
