- 1 slice white bread
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh Romano cheese, grated
- 2 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lb. Pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds, crushed
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions: STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 180 (400 degrees f) Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1 medium potato
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 tsp. dried thyme

German Chocolate Cake

- 1 (4-oz) package of Baker's Sweetened Chocolate
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 eggs whites
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
