Honey Balsamic Vinegar Vinaigrette

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl to blend
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp lemon Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1 24-oz Package Fresh Cheese Ravioli
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 medium shallots, thinly sliced

- 1 (7 ounce) can tomatillo salsa
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Shanghai Pasta

Adding fresh basil to this meal makes it taste just like something you would get at Basil in Charleston!
- 8 oz Dried Linguine
- 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Asian Plum Sauce
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Paste
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Fresh Green Beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 oz Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined (I used 1 pork tenderloin cut across the grain in thin strips and marinated it for a few hours with ingredients 2 – 5 in the same proportions)
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Green Onions, bias sliced into 1-inch pieces

- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup cold butter, cut up
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Finely shredded lime peel
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 3 to 4 tsp Lime juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp chopped almonds, toasted

These were great fresh out of the oven and the following days - they didn't dry out like a lot of recipes
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup, plus 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar (I used light)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup nut buter (I used peanut)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (combo peanut/cashew)
Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Heat oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, eggs, egg yolk, cream, and brandy
- cream:
- 15 oz. pure pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp brandy
- 3/4 cup lightly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp freshly ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- pinch of freshly ground cloves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsps packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger (freshly grated is good)

Jalapeno Ranch

This is a copycat version of our favorite dipping sauce at Chuy's in Dallas!
- 2 cups of bottled Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2-3 jalapenos (or more if you like it really spicy)
- 1 (4 oz) can of chopped green chiles
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (or more if you like cilantro as much as we do)
