- A sprig of rosemary or some spruce or fir needles

- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, cut into pieces
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 1 /4 cup unrefined canola oil or good olive or walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons walnut ketchup or Worcestershire sauce
- About 1/4 pound of gruyere cheese, grated

Directions Place the oven rack in the center of your oven, and preheat to 350

- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 cup celery, chopped, about 3 stalks

- 1 (14-ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 pound crab legs
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning.
