Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and milk using your hands
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 ounce) packet dry au jus mix
- 3/4 cup water
Broccoli Dal Curry

Heat butter in saucepan and saute onions until well browned
- 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons ghee
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 cup red lentil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 medium broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried coconut (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cashews, coarsely chopped (optional)
White Chocolate Party Mix

In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, set aside
- 1 10 oz package pretzel sticks
- 5 cups CheeriosÆ
- 5 cups Corn ChexÆ
- 2 cups peanuts, dry-roasted
- 1 pound M&MsÆ plain chocolate candies
- 2 12 oz packages white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons oil
Snow Pea Salad

Blanch snow peas in boiling water for 8 to 10 seconds, then shock quickly in ice water
- 5 ounces snow peas, strings and tips removed, cut diagonally
- 2 ounces bean sprouts
- 1/4 medium red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- Salt, to taste

- 2 lbs. Cajun sausage
- 1 14.5-oz. can Dei Fratelli diced tomatoes
- 1 14.5-oz. can Dei Fratelli tomato sauce
- 1 cup rice
- 1 head of cabbage
Buttermilk Pie

Preheat oven to 400°F. Beat the butter and sugar together until light
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 deep dish pie shell ( either your own recipe or storebought)
Chili-Stuffed Peppers

Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds
- 6 medium peppers
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. Chopped onion
- 1 15 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
- 1 10 oz. can Rotel, undrained
- 1 t. Chili powder
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- 1/4 t. Cayenne pepper
- 3/4 c. Reduced fat cheddar cheese
Barbecued Pork

Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over the meat in a roasting pan
- 1 36- oz. bottle of catsup
- 2 c. water
- 2 medium to large chopped onions
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 3 T. chili powder

- Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
