- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheese such as monterey jack or cheddar
Spicy Pulled Pork

Preheat oven to 300 degrees In food processor, pulse until all ingredients are fully combined
- 5-7 LB pork shoulder
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1-2 Tbsp salt
