- E-Z Peel raw shrimp

Jam Cake

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time
- Filling:
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C jam (Smucker's blackberry)
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 C pecans, chopped
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 C sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 12 oz can Pet milk
- 1/2 C butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Cool before icing cake.
Chicken Marsala

- Good mushrooms (Cremini, shiitake, e.g.)
- Butter

- Remoulade Sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 1/2 C Creole mustard
- 1/2 C ketchup

- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
