P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef

Make sauce by heating t tsp of oil in medium saucepan over medium-low
- Sauce
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C water
- 3/4 C dark brown sugar
- 1 C vegetable oil
- 1# flank steak
- 1/4 C cornstarch
- 2 large green onions
Mrs. Field's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream margarine, sugar, brown sugar
- 2 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 24 oz bag chocolate chips
- 8 oz hersey bar
- 3 cups chopped nuts
- 4 eggs (egg beaters)
- 2 tsp. real vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 cups oatmeal (blended into a fine powder)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Ice Bowl

Insert the smaller bowl into the center of the larger bowl and make sure to center it
- 1-12 ″ inch wide glass bowl, 5″ inches high
- 1-8 ″inch wide glass bowl, 3″High
- Approximately 7 cups of water
- 9 small roses with stems cut off at the neck, cut off leaves and save
- 1 large rose with petals pulled off
- 3 to 5 stems of fresh mint cut in half
- 2 stems rosemary
- 3 nasturtium cut off at the neck
Curried Chicken Salad

Preheat oven to 400. Rub olive oil over skinless portion of chicken and salt/pepper generously
- Curried Chicken Salad
- Adapted from Diane Mott Davidson book ‘Fatally Flaky"
- 3 boneless chicken breasts with skin on
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 3/4 C red onion, chopped
- 1 hard boiled egg (optional)
- 2-3 stalks celery, chopped
- Sliced almonds
- Curry Dressing
- Curry Dressing
- 1 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 3/4 Tbsp curry (or more, if desired)
- 1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice, fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over as much as you need over chicken. Reserve remaining dressing for dipping celery, carrots, etc.
Ginger Steak Salad

Combine steak marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag
- MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sherry
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Rib-eye, Strip, Or Sirloin Steak
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- FOR SALAD DRESSING:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Minced
- 1/2 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- SALAD INGREDIENTS:
- 2 whole Green Onions
- 8 ounces, weight Salad Greens (baby Lettuce, Endive, Radiccio, Etc.)
Broth - Vegetable

Wash and cut the vegetables and place in a pan with the cold water
- 3 lt of cold water
- 1 glove of garlic
- 3 laurel leaves
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 bunch of parsely
- 1/4 of fennel
- Black pepper corns
- rock salt
Breaded Shrimp Marinara

Boil noodles in a large pot of boiling water mixed with 1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. jumbo shrimp, shelled and de-veined
- 1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 1-2 cups tomato sauce (see recipe @ http://www.asweetpeachef.com/sauces/simple-tomato-sauce/)
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 package noodles (can be spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, etc.)optional: grated parmesan and basil for garnish

Filet Mignon With Mustard Cream Sauce

- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

- 4 oz can chopped black olives
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 2 Tbsp cumin
