Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam or line with aluminum foil and spray with Pam

- 2 C mini marshmellows
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 C white chocolate chips
- 2 C chocolate cereal (Cocoa Puffs, Cocoa Krispies)
- 6 oz milk chocolate chips
Levain Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wishesanddishes copycat recipe of Levain Bakery's cookies
- 1 cup COLD salted butter, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups good quality dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Traditional Southern Deviled Eggs

Halve 7 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl
- 7 lg eggs, hard boiled and peeled
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 1/4 cup hazelnuts (about 6 1/4 ounces)
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened)
- 3 ounces milk chocolate
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, plus more for the pan
- 1/4 cup Nutella (chocolate-hazelnut spread)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for the pan
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
Dried Apricot Relish

Mix apricots and remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl
- 2 C chopped dried apricots
- 6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp minced seeded red jalapenos
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cracked coriander seeds

I think Mom used to make something like this but I don't have her recipe
- 3 large egg whites, at room temperature
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon of peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of minced pecans

- 2 chopped avocados
- 1 8oz can mandarin oranges
