EASY LASAGNE RECIPE (Patti's)

Mix everything together except sauce and noodles
- 2-12 oz bags wide fluffy extra wide egg noodles (cooked)
- 3 lbs part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs (24oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (put some aside for top layer)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or locatelli)
- parsley, salt and pepper
- spaghetti sauce
