- 4 egg yolks and 1 whole egg...blend until foamy

- Shortcut recipe for cake:
- Betty Crocker Devil Food mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 small packet of instant chocolate pudding mix
- Greased bundt pan. 350 degrees/45 minutes
- ICING:
- 2 cups confectioner 10X powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup soft butter* or oleo
- 3/4 cup peanut butter

ORANGE ROUGHY IN SCALLION AND GINGER SAUCE

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1/3 cup dry sherry or vermouth (I use sherry cooking wine)
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion (scallions)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 orange roughy fillets (1 pound)
Lamb Chops (K. Cameron)

Cook at 450 for 25 minutes for med rare
- Rack of lamb
- olive oil and crushed garlic from a jar mix together
- brush who rack even bottom with it.
- Make sure garlic is spread evenly and add a little more garlic where needed.
- Then sprinkle with seasoning (Borsari Original seasoned salt)and marinate an hour before cooking.
- Let it sit at room temp for 20 minutes before cooking too.
- Borsari can be bought at Whole Foods (black, gold and red labeling)
Mediterranean Zucchini Noodle Pasta
