Pumpkin Pie (Aunt Mary)

Beat Egg and sugar mix pumpkin and milk then add eggs/sugar, stirring constantly
- 2 cups Cooked mashed pumpkin (michelle uses puréed oven roasted pumpkin)
- 2/3 cups Sugar ( michelle uses sugar in the raw)
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups scolded milk (michelle uses combination: can of evaporated milk then adds skim milk to equal 2 cups total)
Crustless Broccoli Cheddar Quiche
