  • 10-12 yams (boil then skin peels right off) OR 1 large can and 1 small can of yams
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Linda uses 10-12 / i use to use 7-8
  • another option is to measure: 5 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (about 5-6 medium sweet potatoes)
