Tropical Parfaits

In a bowl, whisk the milk, extract and pudding mix for 2 minutes
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel, optional
- 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted, divided
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- Whipped cream in a can
- 2 maraschino cherries
Caprese Pizzas

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Topping:
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 T chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 T olive oil
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
- Black pepper
- Crust:
- 1 tsp. plus 1 T. olive oil, divided
- 1 pkg (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated (about 1/4 cup)
Creamy Candy Bar Dessert

In a small bowl, combine the crumb and sugar; stir in butter
- FILLING:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 jar (11-3/4 ounces) hot fudge ice cream topping
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cartons (16 ounces each) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 6 to 7 (2.07 ounces each) Snickers candy bars, chopped, divided

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups whipped topping
