Do-Ahead Breakfast Bake

- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham (6 oz)
- 2 boxes Betty Crocker® Seasoned Skillets® hash brown potatoes
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon dried chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 eggs
Chocolate-Filled Pillows with Chocolate Sauce

- 18 milk chocolate candy drops
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Chocolate Sauce:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Italian Herb and Cheese Crusted Chicken Rolls

Tender chicken breasts are stuffed with diced tomatoes and a flavorful blend of Italian cheeses
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Italian cheese blend or part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 8 thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2/3 cup McCormick® Italian Herb and Cheese Crusting Blend
Blackberry Roulade

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 17x12-inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- 3 T. confectioners’ sugar
- 1 ¼ cups cake flour (not self-rising)
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 large whole egg, plus 2 egg yolks and 3 large egg whites, all at room temperature
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup plus 3 T. sugar
- ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup warm water
- 1 pint fresh blackberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
Summer Berry Salsa

In a large bowl, combine the berries, sugar, onion, lemon juice, pepper and hot pepper sauce
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds, toasted

- Unsalted butter, for pan
- 8 extra-large eggs, room temperature, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cake flour (not self-rising)
- 2 teaspoons sifted baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for work towel
- 1 quart strawberries, washed, dried, and hulls removed
Taco Casserole

Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (11 oz.) Mexican style corn or whole kernal corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- Assorted toppings such as sour cream, sliced green onions, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes
Hamburger Noodle Bake

- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 cup cream-style cottage cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
