- 8 oz cold cream cheese
- 1 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans – grind together until tiny crumbs
- 1/4 c butter – melted
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Combine ground nuts with rest of ingredients
- Brown Sugar streusel filling:
- 1/2 c flour
- 2/3 c brown sugar

- 1 large egg, beaten

- 3lbs3 lbs tri-tip beef cubed (You can buy this cubed but I like to cube it myself. I find the pre-cubed beef is too fatty and overpriced)
- 114 oz can1 14 oz can beef broth
- 114 oz can1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 18 oz can1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 1Tsp1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce (Optional)
- Water or more broth as required
- 2-3Tbsp2-3 Tbsp Chili powder
- 2-3Tbsp2-3 Tbsp Cumin
- 1/2Tbsp1/2 Tbsp Arrowroot (The commissary doesn't carry this. Make your own- mix 1 part flour to 2 part corn starch)
- Onion chopped
- Garlic glove
- Canned Chiles (Take it easy don't use the whole can)
- Salt
