Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz) cans of apple filling/topping

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 (14 oz) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

  • 1/4 cup oleo/butter - melted

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup cold oleo/butter

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  • 1/2 cup oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Spread apple filling in buttered 9 inch sq baking pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs. Add sweetened condensed milk, melted oleo, cinnamon and nutmeg - mix well. Pour over apple filling In med. bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in cold oleo until crumbly. Add nuts and oats. Sprinkle over custard Bake 50 to 55 min. or until set. Cool Serve warm with ice cream if desired
