Grilled Barbecued Bacon-Chicken Skewers

1. Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning
- 15 bamboo skewers (6 inch)
- 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 large green onions
- 1 package (2.1 oz) refrigerated fully cooked bacon (15 pieces) 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

- food coloring (use your choice of colours)
Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, pepper and salt
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 to 2-1/2 pounds boneless beef top round steak
- 1 to 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1-1/3 cups water
- 1/2 cup sliced celery, optional
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 to 3 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

- water cover and boil potatoes
- 2 cups oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain, whole milk yoghurt

- 1 tsp. ground fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin seeds
- 6 cloves
- salt to taste

- 1/2 cup carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated, for garnish
