Asian Sesame Spiralized Carrots

1.Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss well
- 1 large carrot, peeled, Blade D, noodles trimmed
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame soil
- 1 heaping teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1.5 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 scallions, diced
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Homemade Breakfast Patties

Crumble turkey into a large bowl
- 2 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Roasted Garlic Dressing

- 10 Cloves of Garlic
- Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Smooth Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil

Mix chips, butter and peanut butter in saucepan, stir over medium heat until melted
- 1 16 oz package butterscotch chips
- 1 16 oz package chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup peanut butter

Peppered Chicken Breasts

1. Rub chicken with oil; sprinkle with pepper and salt
- MUSTARD SAUCE:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

BBQ Pork Ribs

1) Add all ingredients in a bowl and using a whisk, stir to enable all ingredients are combined together
- Marinate Sauce:
- 1 rack baby back pork ribs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp marmalade orange jam (you can substitue with apricot jam as well)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce (or substitute with your favourite BBQ sauce)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp of worcheshire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp of chillie sauce (I used Thai sweet chillie sauce)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
