Quinoa Mexican Six Layer Dip

Boil 1½ cups water, add toasted quinoa
- 1 cup toasted quinoa
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground gluten
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 dashes hot sauce
- 14 oz. can corn
- 19 oz. can black beans
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
Garlic Steak & Onions

Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./500 g)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly groundblack pepper
- 1 large onion, cut into thin slices
- 2 tsp. mincedgarlic
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
Thai Pork & Peanut Curry

1.Heat the oil in a large saucepan or flameproof casserole
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- bunch spring onions, sliced
- small bunch coriander, stalks finely chopped, leaves picked
- 400 g pork tenderloin, sliced
- 4 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 400ml can light coconut milk
- 175 g pack baby corn
- juice 1 lime
- steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Paneer Makhani

- 200 gms of Paneer
- Two tbs of Butter
- One tsp of Cumin seeds
- Two tbs of Kasuri Methi
- Two cups of Tomato Puree
- One tsp of Ginger garlic paste
- A pinch of Turmeric powder
- Half a tsp of Chili powder
- One tsp of Garam masala powder
- 200 gms of fresh creme
- Salt to taste
Hummus

Combine all ingredient in food processor and process until all is mixed
- 1 19oz. can garbanzo beans
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 3 cloves garlic
- dash soy sauce
- black pepper
Parmesan Sauce

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or spaghettit sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch garlic powder
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Italian Sausage Soup

In a 5 quart kettle, brown sausage on medium heat
- 1 pound Italian sausage, cut in 1/2" slices
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 16 oz can Roma tomatoes
- 1 1/2 quarts beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups red wine or water
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 3 cups bow-tie noodles, uncooked
- parmesan cheese, grated
Creamy Celery and Garlic Soup

- 2 cups sliced green onion
- 4 cups sliced celery
- 2 cups peeled garlic cloves
- 20 oz. pared potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 packets low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Bombay Toast Sandwich

In a pan, heat some oil. 1
- For the potato filling:
- 2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 onion – chopped finely
- 1/2 tomato – chopped finely
- 1 small green chilly – chopped finely
- 1/2 sprig of curry leaves – optional
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- a few chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- a pinch of asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder (optional)
- Other ingredients:
- 8 slices of bread – brown or white
- a few thin round slices of onions, tomatoes, capsicum
