Creamy Avocado Sauce

This avocado sauce is extremely versatile
- 2 avocados
- juice of 3 limes (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, remove seeds and vein for milder sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed (1 1/2 tsp)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste
Leftover Turkey Chowder

1. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups water
- 4 medium red potatoes, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (about 2 cups)
