Honey Sriracha Roasted Carrots

These honey sriracha roasted carrots are a tasty, quick and easy side dish for any meal!
- 2 pounds carrots, cleaned and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (or other chili sauce)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil

Mix cream cheese and jello powder
- 1 250 gram package cream cheese, softened
- 1 85 gram package fruit flavored jello
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 liter cool whip Lite®
Cauliflower Cheese Soup

Cook cauliflower in chicken stock until tender
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Chicken and Potatoes with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cups baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 16 ounces baby Dutch potatoes, halved*
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- For the garlic parmesan cream sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth, or more, as needed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup half and half*
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Tzatziki

Line a colander or sieve with cheescloth and set it over a bowl
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded & grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. salt

- 4 tablespoons oil (Mazola or Equal)
- 3/4 Lb. Ground beef
- 1/2 Lb. Ground pork
- 1/3 cup Ground celery
- 1/3 cup Ground onion
- 1/3 cup Ground carrots
- 1 Tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 1 Chili pepper
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1/2 Teaspoon sweet dried basil
- 4-28 Oz. tins tomatoes
- 1-6 Oz. tin tomato paste
- ITALIAN MEATBALLS
- 1/2 Lb. Ground beef
- 1/2 Lb. ground veal
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 eggs (beat with fork)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons salad oil (Mazola or equal)
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/8 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/8 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 Teaspoon sweat basil

- 3 cups gluten flour
- 1/2 cup minute tapioca
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
- 2 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 3 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- BASIC BROTH
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 10 cups water
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- ORIENTAL BROTH
- 14 cups water
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
- 2 tsp. ginger powder
- 4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Chicken Fried Steak

1. Mix flour and seasoned salt in shallow dish
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 pounds beef cube steaks
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 package McCormick® Original Country Gravy Mix
Cream of Celery Soup

- 1 medium onion, cut up
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon salt
- sprinkle pepper
- 1 cup potatoes, mashed
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk
