- +1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- +1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- +1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- +4 green onions, chopped
- +3 tablespoons bacon bits
- +1 tablespoon dried parsley
- +1 teaspoon garlic powder
- +1 teaspoon onion powder
- +1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, or to taste
- +1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- +1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- +1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
- +1/4 teaspoon paprika
- +1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- +1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- +1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
Avocado Spread

Stir together the avocados, ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, and light mayonnaise
- +2 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
- +1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- +2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- +1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
Sourdough Biscuits

Grease a large baking sheet
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Make a white sauce with butter, flour, whipping cream and milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 large potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
Oriental home cook fried rice - Actifry

1. Put garlic into the Actifry and pour in 1 Actifry spoon of sunflower oil
- 2 eggs ( beat the eggs )
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 active fry spoon oil
- 200 g long-grain rice (uncooked weight), cooked and left to go cold
- 200 g green beans
- 2 big onions
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1-tsp soy sauce
- 1-tsp abalone sauce
- Few dashes of ground white pepper
- 6 clove - Garlic, finely chopped
- A pinch of salt - eggs
Tomatoes Stuffed with Orzo

Orzo are pasta noodles that are shaped like rice
- 1/2 lb orzo
- 6 large tomatoes, firm and ripe
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 4 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
- sugar
- black pepper, freshly ground
Pesto Sauce

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients
- 1/8 cup pine nuts
- 3 tsp. basil leaves, dried
- 1 Tbsp. parsley leaves, dried
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
Sesame Dressing

Combine until well blended
- 3/4 cup fat free italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
BLT Dip

Preheat oven to 350˚. Spray a 1 1⁄2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
- 1-1/2 pound bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled, and divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoons mustard
- 2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cup shredded Iceberg lettuce
- pepper an salt to taste
- Toasted bread rounds, crackers, or pita chips.
