- 3 tbsp raspberry jam
- 1 1/2 sticks/ 150g butter
- 3/4 cup/ 150g super fine / caster sugar
- 3 medium eggs plus 1 yolk,, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups/ 150g ground almonds
- Zest of 1 medium lemon
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds
- Icing sugar for dusting
Greek Potatoes - Actifry

- 1 tbsp dry oregano

Marinate chicken in seasoning mixture
- 14 ounces chow mein noodles
- 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced 1/4" thick
- 6 ounces bean sprouts
- 6 ounces celery, sliced 1/4" thick
- SEASONING FOR CHICKEN
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- dash white pepper
- dash chinese cooking wine
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- dash white pepper
- dash sesame oil
Chicken & Broccoli Stir Fry

Saute garlic, broccoli, carrot and onion in olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast
