Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing

In blender, process garlic and vinegar until well chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Garlic Asiago Artichoke Dip

Mash up the artichoke hearts in a bowl along with the minced garlic
- 2 cups grated asiago cheese
- 1 ⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 cup sour cream or 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 -8 ounces marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
S’mores Cake

1.To make the cake, preheat the oven to 375° F
- For the cake:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (to make the crumbs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk
- For the filling:
- Marshmallow fluff
- For the milk chocolate glaze:
- 8 oz. milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter cut into 4 pieces, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
- For decoration:
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1-2 tsp. milk
- Small rectangles of graham cracker and milk chocolate, for garnish

- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions, separated into rings

- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 teaspoons celery leaves, minced
- 1 green onion, white only, minced
- 8 fluid ounces vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
