Asian Style Salad Dressing

- 1 tablespoon sherry wine (optional) or mirin (optional)

- 1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

- 3/4 lb ground turkey breast
- 3/4 pound ground round
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 large egg whites

- 3 tablespoons tomato paste

Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- For the glaze:
- cooking spray
- 5 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot ®)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon Asian chile pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Gang Gai (Coconut Chicken)

In a large skillet over high heat, melt the coconut oil, then add your chicken
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, cubed
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1-2 tablespoons Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
- 1-3 tablespoons Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup red peppers, diced
- 1 cup green peppers, diced
- Cooked rice or riced cauliflower, if desired.
Sourdough Bread

Scald milk, add sugar, shortening and salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 package yeast
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
- 5 cups flour
Sesame Steamed Vegetables Recipe

In a small saucepan, combine the broccoli, carrot, celery, water chestnuts, water and soy sauce; bring to a boil
- 1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 small carrot, julienned and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 3 tablespoons sliced water chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Lemon Cool Whip Cookies

- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 tub cool whip (8 oz)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 - 1 cup icing sugar
Indian Cashew Chicken

1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth
- 2/3 cup cashews, toasted
- 2/3 cup fat-free Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 (8-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Cooking spray
- 2 3/4 cups finely chopped onion (2 large)
- 2 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick
- 2 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup organic tomato puree (such as Muir Glen Organic)
- 1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons half-and-half
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
