- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions or scallions

- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil or walnut oil
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil

- 8 oz uncooked vermicelli, broken in half

- 1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk

- 8 medium green onions, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon olive or canola oil
- 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
