Olive Garden Salad Dressing - Dana

- ■1/2 C. mayonnaise
- ■1/3 C. white vinegar
- ■1 tsp. vegetable oil
- ■2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- ■2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- ■2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- ■1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- ■1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ■1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- ■1 Tbsp. lemon juice

- 1 loaf french bread, cut into 1 inch cubes, about 5 1/3 cups
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp rum
- 2 large apples, peeled and cored, cut into thin slices or cubes (whichever you prefer)
- BUTTERSCOTCH RUM SAUCE
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 5 tbsp + 1 tsp butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, tightly packed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp rum
Chicken or Pork Satay

Whisk together peanut butter, lemon juice, garlic and coriander until smooth
- 2 lbs. boneless pork or chicken, cubed
- 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
- juice of 1 1/2 lemons
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Paneer Makhani

Cook onion 2 Tbsp. gheel until soft
- 4 Tbsp. ghee, divided
- 2 cups paneer, cubed
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Kasoor methi (fenugreek leaves) fresh or dry
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup thick cream
- 2 tsp. ginger/garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt to taste
Thai chicken cakes with sweet chilli sauce

1.Toss the chicken, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander and chilli into a food processor and season well
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 175g/6oz each), cubed
- 1 garlic clove , roughly chopped
- small piece fresh root ginger , peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 small onion , roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp fresh coriander , plus a few sprigs to garnish
- 1 green chilli , seeded and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- sweet chilli sauce , lime wedges, shredded spring onion and red chilli, to serve

- Filling:
- 14 oz. coconut flakes
- 16 regular marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- Icing:
- 4 squares unsweetened or bitterseet chocolate
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- dash salt
- 1/4 cup butter
Easy Chicken Parmesan

- 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 6 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, divided
- 6 small boneless chicken, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Bean N Corn Salad Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients
- 1 can (16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) cut green beans, drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) cut wax beans, drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions, optional
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
