Cheese & Onion Pull Apart Bread

Preheat the oven to 176C and line a baking sheet with aluminium foil
- Sourdough bread- 1 loaf (I used a French Boule)
- Cheddar cheese- 250 gms, thinly sliced (if you have a cheese slicer that's best)
- Butter- 1/2 cup (i used a mix of garlic butter ans salted butter)
- Green/ spring onions- 1/4 cup, roughly chopped
- Poppy seeds- 1 1/2 tsp
Saucy Italian Drunken Noodles

Saucy, Italian “Drunken” Noodles with Spicy Italian Sausage, Tomatoes and Caramelized Onions and Red and Yellow
- Olive oil
- 4 spicy Italian sausage links, casings removed
- 1 large onion, quartered and sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, cored and thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press
- 1/2 cup white wine (I used Chardonnay)
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, julienned, divided use
- 8 ounces Pappardelle noodles, uncooked
Spiralized Vegetable Wrap

1.Lay out a wrap on a clean, level surface (like a cutting board or on a plate
- 4 large whole grain wraps (or collard greens)
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1 small avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 cups packed spinach
- 4 pinches of sprouts
- 1 seedless English cucumber, Blade A, noodles trimmed
- 1 large carrot, peeled, Blade D, noodles trimmed (if you can’t find a large enough carrot for spiralizing, just julienne it!)
- 1 medium beet, peeled, Blade D, noodles trimmed
- toothpicks for securing
Roasted Cauliflower

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- Olive oil or canola cooking spray
- lemon pepper seasoning (salt-free)
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, cut into quarters
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Paneer Makhani

1.Cut the paneer into blocks or small triangles
- 200 gms of Paneer
- Two tbs of Butter
- One tsp of Cumin seeds
- Two tbs of Kasuri Methi
- Two cups of Tomato Puree
- One tsp of Ginger garlic paste
- A pinch of Turmeric powder
- Half a tsp of Chili powder
- One tsp of Garam masala powder
- 200 gms of fresh creme
- Salt to taste
Greek Style Nachos

Greek Seasoned Ground Lamb 1
- 4 whole wheat pitas (cut into wedges and toasted)
- 1 pound Greek seasoned ground lamb (see below)
- 1 cup tzatziki
- 4 ounces feta (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
- 1/2 cup tomato (sliced)
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)
- 1/4 cup mint (chopped

- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Beef With Snow Peas

Pork Tenderloin "Ribs" with Lemon-Rosemary BBQ Sauce
