Citrus Marinated Chicken

Preheat the broiler to medium
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. mild chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- Juice & rind of 1 orange
- Juice of 3 limes
- pinch of sugar
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp beer or tequila
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
