Frozen Bread Dough

I sprinkle the yeast on the 4 cups water and add the 1/2 cup sugar and let the yeast work
- 12 cups bread flour (If I use some whole wheat flour, I use less flour) (12 to 13)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder (powdered milk)
- 4 packages active dry yeast (I use 4 tablespoons especially with wheat flour)
- 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
- 4 cups very warm water
Snow Pea & Carrot Saute Recipe

In a large skillet, saute snow peas in butter for 3 minutes

- 1/8-1/4 cup white vinegar or rice wine vinegar (depending on how sweet you want the sauce)
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup sugar (we use 1/2 cup sugar but the orginal recipe called for 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (or more)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
