1 On a lightly floured surface, roll each loaf of the thawed bread dough into a 7" x 10" rectangle
- 2 1 pd frozen bread dough loaves, thawed
- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 8 ounces Genoa Salami, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces ham, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Asparagus and Parmesan Pasta Toss

Preheat broiler. Cut bell pepper in half lengthwise; discard seeds and membranes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 pound uncooked mostaccioli pasta (tube-shaped pasta)
- Cooking spray
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups presliced mushrooms
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 3/4 cups (1-inch) pieces asparagus (about 12 ounces)
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan, divided

Great breakfast casserole
- Unsalted butter, room temperature
- 4 english muffins, split, toasted and cut into half moons
- 1/2 pound Canadian bacon (10 slices) cut into half moons
- 1 1/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese (5 oz)
- 1 c finely shredded parmesan cheese (4 oz)
- 8 large eggs
- 3 c milk
- 4 1/2 t. Dijon mustard
- Course salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 t. hot-pepper sauce, such a Tabasco
