- 1 lb can crushed pineapple & juice

- 2 cups sugar

- 1 lb hamburger
- 46 oz tomato juice
- 1 can mild chili beans
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 7 oz elbow spaghetti
White Chicken Chili

I added fire roasted tomatoes, potatoes and bacon bits
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken stock (may need more if add potatoes)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz) can white beans, with liquids from beans
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilis, with liquids from chilis
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. ground black pepper
- 1 t. chopped oregano (optional)
- Cheddar cheese topping (optional)
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 cups cake flour, plus more for pan
- 1 cup butter, softened, plus 1/2 cup, melted
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups whole buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 (20-ounce) cans pineapple slices in juice, drained well (reserve 2 tablespoons juice for frosting)

1 Combine the butter, cheeses, garlic, and shallot thoroughly in a food processor or mixer
- 1 stick sticks cold butter, cut into pieces
- 6 oz Feta Cheese, cut into pieces
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, cut into pieces
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 cups minced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pesto
- White pepper, to taste

- Onions:
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- 4 T. brown sugar
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- Sandwich:
- 1 # bacon, cooked until crisp
- 100 g brie cheese, sliced
- 4-6 slices of bread of your choice (sourdough)

1 Mix the paprika, garlic power, brown sugar, dry mustard, and salt together in a small bowl
- Dry Rub:
- 3 Tbs paprika
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 Tbs dry mustard
- 3 Tbs coarse sea salt
- 5-7 pounds pork roast, preferably shoulder or Boston butt
- Cider-Vinegar Barbecue Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups cups cider vinegar
- 1 cup yellow or brown mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cup packed brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- * Pan drippings from the pork
- 12 hamburger buns
