Bread Pudding with Makers Mark Bourbon Sauce

1 Whisk sugar into milk until dissolved
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 quarts cubed white bread
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2-6 tbs Maker's Mark Bourbon

1 Place flour, salt, sugar and yeast into a food processro and mix briefly
- 5 cups unbleached flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 3/4 - 2 cups warm water (110°)
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 tbs baking soda
- 6 tbl butter
- salt
Mango Salsa Salsa

- 1 baguette French bread cut diagonally into 22 (3/4 inch) slices
- 1 container (5 oz.) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 bag (6 oz) dried apricots chopped (about 1 cup)
