Mushroom & Gruyere Toasts

Arrange baguette slices on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet
- 1/4 loaf french baguette, 1/4" thick slices
- 4 oz Gruyere cheese, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pd mushrooms, sliced thin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. marsala wine
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Hot German Potato Salad

1 Boil potatoes with skin on until done
- 5 pounds potatoes (10-12 potatoes)
- 1 small onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 pound bacon
- 2 Tbs flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
Quich Lorraine

1 Bake pie shell at 400° for 10 minutes
- 1 uncooked pie shell
- 6 slices bacon
- 10 thin slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten

- 1 cup plus 2 T flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 Tbs sugar
- 6 Tbs brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp water
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1.5 PD skinless breast
- 1/2 taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Casserole:
- 3 large zucchini, cut lengthwise in 1/8" thick pieces
- 3 Tbs quinoa, uncooked and divided
- 1.5 cups (6 oz) shredded cheese (moz, cheddar, etc)
- .5-1 jalapeño pepper seeded and diced

- Cider-Vinegar Barbecue Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 1 cup yellow or brown mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pan drippings from the pork
- 12 hamburger buns

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash salt
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Maple syrup
