- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour

Turkey Tenders - Spicy with Blue Cheese Penne Pasta

1 Directions - For the dry rub:- In a small bowl, mix together the dry spices and season turkey tenders
- 1 Tbs paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 lbs turkey tenders, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 Tbs butter
- 4 Tbs canola oil
- 8 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 3 cups skim milk
- 3/4 cup plus 4 tablespoons blue cheese, divided
- 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 Tbs sea salt
- 2 lbs penne rigate pasta
- 1/4 cup chopped Roma tomatoes
Egg Casserole - Best Ever!

1 Butter bottom of 9" x 13" pan
- 10 slices Peppridge Farm bread, buttered 1 side
- 12 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 1/2 c milk
- 1 sprinkle paprika
- 1 pound cooked and crumbled sausage, bacon or ham.

- 1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t. sugar
- 1 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t freshly ground pepper

Grilled Asian Beef Kebabs Over Rice

Beef and zuccini kebabs over brown rice
- Cooking Spray
- 2 pounds sirloin steak or beef round, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 large zuccini, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
- Metal or wooden skewers (if wood, soak in water for 1 hour)
- 1/4 c. black bean sauce (or Hoisan Sauce)
- 1 T. rice wine vinegar
- 2 t. sesame oil
- 1 T sesame seeds
