  • 2 c. small pitted green olives, such as picholine or manzanilla
  • 3 c. couscous, (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 4 Tb. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. saffron threads, crumbled
  • kosher salt
  • 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tb. chopped fresh cilantro, or mint

  • 1 (13 oz.) jar Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 c. chopped, toasted almonds, (or hazelnuts)
