Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Lasagna

- 1 bag 12 oz Green Giant Steamers Select frozen broccoli florets
- 3 c chopped cooked chicken
- 3 1/2 c shredded Italian cheese blend (14oz)
- 3/4 t freshly ground pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz pkg of mushrooms sliced
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 c freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)

Step 1
Cook and drain broccoli as directed on pkg, using min cook time. In large bowl, mix chicken, 2 c of the cheese,the pepper, both soups, sour cream, mushrooms and broccoli.
Spray 5 qt slow cooker with PAM. Spread one fourth of the chicken mixture in slow cooker. Layer with 3 of the noodles, breaking to fit, one fourth of the chicken mixture and 1/2 c of the cheese blend. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with Parmensan cheese.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 3 1/2 hrs or until bubbly and noodles are tender. Let stand 0 min before serving. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper if desired.
