  • 8 c salad greens rinsed and chilled
  • 1/2 c each thinly sliced cucumber, carrots, and red bell peppers

  • 1 c chopped roasted or glazed almond pieces if tolerated
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 3 T pear juice
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 t vanilla extract
