In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sugar
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons freh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (16-ounce) bag 3 -color deli coleslaw
- mix
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups granulated white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pur vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- Frosting;
- 5 onces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 cups (1 pound) confectioners (powdered or icing) sugar, sifted to remove lumps
- 1/8 easpoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces
Casserole, Fresh Zucchini Casserole

In a large Dutch oven, combine squash, onion, and bell pepper, add water to cover
- 12 zuchini squash, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped

- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
