Cake Tres Leches Cake from Kirk

Make cake mix according to package instructions and pour into retangular cake pan 9 x 13
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 cans evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (pure)
- 1 large container cool whip
Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz. thin noodles
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 (3-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
- 5 Thai chilies, seeds removed (3 chopped, 2 finely sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 stick lemongrass, sliced open
- 4 limes leaves, torn
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or fish sauce)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Fresh cilantro leaves

- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet rice wine
- 1 tablespoon seafood stock
- I used SUSHI CHEF
- Traditional Japanese Style

- Sweetened Sake for rice wine
Potatoes au Gratin

1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 8 russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 onion, sliced into rings
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Pie Crust

Pout flour, salt, and shortening in a large bowl
- Single crust pie
- 1 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3-5 tablespoons cold water
- Double
- 2 cups al-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cups shortening (Crisco)
- 5-7 tablespoons cold water

Drain pineapple reserving syrup
- Rest of Salad:
- Canberry Sauce for Salad
- 1 package cranberries
- 2 cups water
- Boil until cranberries pop open according to package directions.
- Run through a ricer
- Add 2 cups of sugar and let come to rolling boil; boil 4 to 10 minutes. Let jell and mix rest of salad mixture with it later.
- 1 (13 ounce) can crused pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) packages lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 (7 ounce) bottle of ginger ale.

- 1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup copped pecans.

- Blue Cheese dressing:
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce, cut into large wedges
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, split down the middle
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 6 ounces 9 3/4 cup) crumbled mild blue cheese
- 2 tabalespoons chopped fresh chives
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Mounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 cup Hershey's Premier White chips
- 1/2 cup Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Baking Pieces
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 to 3 teaspoons freshly greated lime peel
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Additional Sugar

- 2/3 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
