MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPREAD ON CRACKERS
- 1 8-OUNCE PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE
- 1/8 CUP CHOPPED CHIVES
- 1/8 CUP CHOPPED MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS CHOPPED FINE THEN MASHED WITH A FORK
- 1/4 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1/8 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling dough
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream, plus 1 tablespoon for brushing
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar

- 1 liter canola oil
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for sprinkling
Potatoes Pepperjack scalloped

Lay out potatoes in a 13 x 7 inch dish
- 24 oz. package fresh from the Start callp cut potatoes or other thinly sliced potato of choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz. pepperjack cheese, grated
Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 pound portobello mushrooms, diced 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or more to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
SALAD, BLUE CHEESE WEDGE LIKE THE ONE AT OUTBACK

Dressing Combine mayonnaise, and buttermilk, mixing well
- DRESSING:
- 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 3/4 TO 1 CUP BUTTERMILK
- 1 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
- 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 DASH CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 2 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR
- 6 OUNCES CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE
- SALAD:
- 1 HEAD OF ICEBERG LETTUCE
- 8 SLICES BACON,COOKED AND CRUMBLED
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PURPLE ONION
- 1/2 CUP Toasted pecans
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze:
- Take 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and heat in saucepan until reduced by half.
- Drizzle over salad
Bread, Apple Crumble Bread

Peel and slice/cut apples into small cubes
- Crumble:
- 1 cup white rice flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup cloudy apple cider
- 2 apples, peeled and cut up
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup white rice flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon softened butter
- 1 tsp water
Vegetable, Green Beans, French, Annie's

Cook bacon and onions add french green beans and water and poultry seasoning
- 2 cans French Beans
- 2 slices bacon cooked
- Baon greese
- 1/2 vadalia onion
- 1/2 can water
- 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning
- (Herb Ox instant poultry seasoning granules)
Casserole, Chicken and wild rice

1. Cook rice acording to package directions; set aside, and keep warm
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
- 1 (6.2ounce) box fast-cooking long grain and wild rice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
