Sauce, Annie's cocktail sauce

Mix all ingredients together and serve
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce or to taste

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a sauce pan over medium heat, add the oil and butter and stir until butter melts

- 3-4 medium poblano chile peppers, about 3/4 pound total

- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Cook shrimp, peel, refrigerate
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 small cans mushrooms drained
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 tabalespoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup carton sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 reg. boxes Rice Roni Vermecelli rice ( Chicken & Herb)
Pickles, Green Tomatoe

Sllice the tomatoes and onions thin
- 1 gallon green tomatoes
- 6 large onions
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed;crushed
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 pods red pepper
- 3 cups vinegar
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 talespoon mustard seed
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 tblespoon whole black pepper
Salad (The Yum Yum Tropical Salad

- Poppy Seed Dressing:
- 3 cups chopped cold roasted chicken (I bought pre-cooked at the store)
- 2 to 4 cups chopped lettuce (Boston and Living Butter Lettuce) combined
- 2 ribs celery chopped
- 2 green onions tops sliced in small slices
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 fresh navel oranges sectioned
- 1 cup toasted chopped pecans chopped in large pieces
- 1/2 of a red onion sliced thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup white sugar or Splenda. I used Splenda and it is excellent in it)
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, grated, juice removed (I used Vadalia)
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- For the Dressing whisk together the sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, onion juice, oil and poppy seeds. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Sauce, Sweet and Sour sauce

In a small saucepan stir 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tatlespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tabalespon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced and
- 1 tablelspoon gingerroot.
